SMS Terms and Conditions

Dr. Implant (“Dr. Implant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an appointment SMS program for people who request a consultation on our website and separately agree to receive texts.

Program name: Dr. Implant Appointment SMS. Use case: Appointments. Messages are sent to coordinate consultation requests, availability, confirmations, and reminders.

This program does not send promotional, marketing, or nurture texts. Consent to this program is not required to request a consultation, receive treatment, or purchase services.

You may opt in only through an affirmative, separate action. On our public homepage consultation form, you may check an unchecked box that reads:

“I agree to receive text messages from Dr. Implant about my consultation request, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.”

The form also displays this disclosure before you submit:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. SMS consent is optional and not required to request a consultation.

Submitting the form without checking the box still creates a consultation request. It does not enroll you in appointment texts.

We record whether you opted in or not, the date and time (UTC), the form you used, the exact consent language, and the version of these terms and our Privacy Policy then in effect.

If you opt in, you may receive recurring automated or staff-sent texts about your consultation request, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1–5 messages per month, depending on scheduling activity. We do not send promotional offers on this program.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s rates govern your plan.

Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable SMS program. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or BAJA. After you opt out, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further appointment-program texts unless you opt in again (for example by replying START).

Reply HELP (or INFO) for assistance. We will reply with a short help message and how to contact us.

An existing STOP on your number remains in effect even if a later form submission includes an opt-in checkbox.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with vendors who send messages or operate systems on our behalf (for example our communications provider), under applicable safeguards, only to deliver this program.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. SMS may travel over carrier networks outside our direct control. Do not send detailed medical records by ordinary text.

The program is intended for individuals in the United States who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state) and who provide a mobile number they own or are authorized to use.

Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may modify or discontinue the program.

Separate website features (for example a smile assessment) may collect contact information for clinic follow-up. Those flows are not this appointment SMS program. STOP and HELP still apply to texts we send from our numbers.
